Leicester, eh? Not again. No, no, bloody no. This season I reckon things will revert to the norm, if there is a norm any more. New managers (Conte, Guardiola, Mazzari, Puel, Karanka, nobody at Hull) and returnees (Mou, Moyes, Dyche) will mix things up a bit. So here goes, literally (thanks Jamie Redknapp), nothing.
